The 40 acre property was purchased by the Thomas’ in 2000. It was originally a dairy farm and had several existing buildings on it. Over the last eleven years the older buildings have been going through renovation and a new building has been added. The lesson program started in 2005. In Fall of 2007, a 70'x140' outdoor riding arena was put up. In 2008, the lesson program started to grow and more horses were needed, so the stable started adding new stalls to house the lesson horses and the horses here for boarding. Currently the stable has 14 box stalls, large paddocks, and lush pasture space for the horses to graze on.

Future plans to the Stable are adding a round pen, finishing renovations of some older buildings, adding more pasture space, and building an indoor arena and show barn.
